Description

we have a nice studio in the 6 floor , in a typical parisian building .
there is a bed in a mezzanine , and the couch can be a bed .
we have TV with cable with english chanel , internet , and a play station .
we have a fitted kitchen .
you can sleep at 4 in the flat , its small be really great for paris .

Neighborhood

the flat is in the center of paris , in the 9th district .
we are near pigalle , galleries la fayette , montmartre , and near bigs station .
in the street we can see the sacré coeur . there is a bakery , a café , a post office in the street . restorants are just at 10 min to walk from the flat . the street is quiet and safe .

About Us

actually i (julie) live with my sister(audrey) . i'm 22 but , i would like to exchange with a new york flat but i will travel with my parents so its not a probleme if its a small flat caus its just for sleep .
well i study phisiotherapy and my sister work in a tee shop .
my parents live in french west indies (martinique island) so maybe if you prefer you can exchange the home in FWI ( its a big house with 3 room and 3 bathroom) and a garden

we will be in new york the 8th until 17th of august but we can exchange the 1st until 17 of august .
