Unusual but very pleasant setting for this rustic style apartment on three levels, overlooking a large swimming pool to be shared with the two other apartments of the house. Two bedrooms on duplex, with a beautiful view on the country side, golf course and bay of Fort-de-France. a small bathroom, and a very large living room with a kitchen corner at one end. The terrace is downstairs, at the swimming pool level.

Neighborhood

The house, hacienda type, is located on the site of a ranch offering riding lessons and promenades. We are just three kilometers away from Trois Ilets, a village on the sea side (Caribbean sea) and the property is just next to the golf course. The area is quite touristic but remains small and authentic on most aspects. Very rare public transports in this area.

About Us

My two teenager children are staying in France but often come and visit me. As I traveled a lot when younger , I chose to work in a field that would enable me to work almost anywhere and therefore I ended up with two jobs: nursing and teaching English ( to nurses sometimes) and French as a foreign language. I speak English and a little Spanish and French of course. I would like to go first of all two weeks for the Easter holidays ( 12/04 to 26/04 2008) with my children to Ontario or another Canadian province or else in Costa Rica/ Venezuela but any other offer would be welcome.
For the summer, I am open to any other offer as I plan to leave my house from July til October.
