Description

Our home was designed by myself as I am a local CAD Drafter and I run my business from home, there are 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, kitchen/dining area, sitting room, bathroom, en-suite and the gardens are landscaped to a high standard.
The house was built in 2001 and has all the modern conveniences including a corner bath, an open fireplace in the sitting room and a solid fuel range in the kitchen. There is also an oil burner which is timed and zoned to heat the house.
There is always on high speed internet access and a home cinema (7ft screen) in the sunroom.

Neighborhood

Our home is situated approx. two miles from Tullamore town which is the home of the world famous Tullamore DEW whiskey and Irish mist liqueor. There is lots of historic places of interest in and around Tullamore and it hosted the Fleagh Ceol in 2007 and is host for the celebrations again this year (June 2008) where musicians from all over the world come to enjoy the festival of Tradional Irish music.
The slieve bloom mountain range are only a 10 mile drive away and there are plenty of castles, golf courses and rivers for the fishing enthusiast. Tullamore is situated in the centre of Ireland in County Offaly and is only 60 miles from Dublin and 60 miles from Galway.

About Us

My name is Brendan and I am married to Patricia, we have twins, a boy and girl who are almost 3 years of age. We are natives of Tullamore and as I am into designing houses, we decided to sell our town house and move a short distance and build a new house on the outskirts of Tullamore in a more rural and tranquil setting.
I work as a CAD Drafter and my wife works as a councellor, we both have family and friends living in Tullamore.

Destination

We would prefer the locations of Orlando, Miami or Clearwater Florida. Our dates are very flexible.
