Description

Hi we are a family of 4 living in a suburb of London. We have a 4 bed house with a preety garden and good access to local and central London amenities. The house has a large kitchen with dinning area with access to downstairs toilet and the garden. There is a comfortable lounge with cable tv and hi fi, and an additional dining room seating 6 also with access to a decked area of garden with bbq. Upstairs consists of double bed with ensuite shower room, 3 single bedrooms and family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The house is centrally heated and although we dont have pets we do have some down duvets and pillows. Lots of toys, books games etc.

Neighborhood

North Finchley our neighbourhood has good local amenities including a great local theatre, shops and parks. We are accessible to busses and tube to central London. The house is on a quiet street with a playing field across the road and playing fields behind. The neighbours are friendly with children who enjoy getting together.

About Us

Hello we are a couple who both work in retail and design. We own 3 shops selling a variety of things including homewares, toys etc. We both enjoy cooking, long walks and visiting art exhibitions and gallerys. Our son Noah 10 is a keen footballer and into playing on his playstation and watching the Simpsons, his 3 yr old sister Georgia loves playing with her dolls and mini kitchen.
We have done a house swap once before which we found to be very successful so understand the concerns involved with giving over your home to complete strangers.
