Description


Large and comfortable house by the sea, in a nice and safe area on the north coast of normandy. The house is equipped with all appliances, DSL connectionand the house is child friendly (girl !). Just one floor to live, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), living room with piano and dining area, with TV and cable), kitchen with seavie, and 1 large and closed garden . The house is located near beach and accomodations, we have one car for the exchange.

Neighborhood

Close to the center of Cherbourg, with golf (18 holes), horse riding, sailing school, movie theater, casino, bowling,
2,5 hours easy driving from "le Mont St Michel", St Malo, north Britain (Bretagne) and the "D-Day" beaches.
You can also easily go to London by boat : http://www.brittany-ferries.com/
and 3 hours by train to Paris.

About Us

We are both teachers, Christophe 41 years old, and Marie, 34 years old and love travelling, especially in USA. We don't smoke (but it's possible to smoke outside the house) and have no pets.
For the fisrt time this year, we would like to travel with our daughter Emma, 5 years old, and show her USA. We think that Florida could be interesting for her, and Christophe would be very happy to see Atlantis launch (7 august 2008) from Cap Canaveral.
We are available (approximately) between july 10 and august 25, 2008.

Destination

We try to make discover beautiful regions of USA (Florida for this year) and European countries to our child Emma.
Simultaneous exchange only.
During school holidays.
