Description

We are a family of 6 living in a top suburb of Christchurch. Our home has been recently modernized with new kitchen, latest appliances, grante bench top,new flooring, additional ensuite and tiled bathroom. It comes with gas water heating.
We have a large late model 7 seater 4wd. Different from picture. It's a Ford Explorer. Perfect for skiing and outdoor adventure.
Our house is within 10 minute walk to the upmarket Merivale shopping mall which has some of Christchurch's trendiest cafes, pubs and shops.
Our neighbour has a swimming pool which we use as if it were our own and access to this comes with the home.
The kids rooms are colorful and fun with plenty of games and toys.
We have 2 TV's with sattelite TV.
Outside we have a patio with BBQ and space for the children to play.
We are a skiing family and go every season to some of New Zealands best ski fields. Porters is only 1 hour and 20 minutes from our house to the top of the mountain.
There are some big parks and play grounds near our house. Although we do live on a busy road the house is quiet and secure for young children.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is in an excellent area of Christchurch and very centrally located to the city centre. It is very safe and very pretty.
You can easily walk into town from our house although we have a bus stop down the road.

About Us

My husband has his own food business, and I run my own business from home. We have a 9 and a half year old daughter, 7 and a half year old son and twin 2 year olds.
We both speak Hebrew, and my husband speaks Spanish and we both know a bit of conversational Japanese
