We have two large covered, fully furnished porches and a totally enclosed pool. The extensive garden has two swing sets and a tree house! The view from the front porch is an absolutely stunning view over the Great Sound.

We are within walking distance of the famous Horse Shoe bay beach and next door to the Fairmont Southampton Princess which has aits own golf course and good restaurants. You can walk to the bus stop and the public transport system is excellent.
