Description

'Sans Souci' is a beautifully decorated,extremely comfortable family home.Our approx 4000 square feet home is all on one level.It comprises a modern dining kitchen,formal dining room,Large open plan living area,Seperate family/play room,Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large second bedroom with en-suite.The property also includes a seperate Pool-house which comfortably sleeps 4 and also has a toilet and shower room. We have two large covered, fully furnished porches and a totally enclosed pool. The extensive garden has two swing sets and a tree house! The view from the front porch is an absolutely stunning view over the Great Sound.

Neighborhood

We are within walking distance of the famous Horse Shoe bay beach and next door to the Fairmont Southampton Princess which has aits own golf course and good restaurants. You can walk to the bus stop and the public transport system is excellent.

About Us

My husband is a company president and I am a teacher. We have two children. A boy who is eight and a six year old girl.So there are lots of toys at our house.

Destination

We are particularly interested in Scotland for the Summer of 2008. We are open to short breaks in the States during school vacations.
