Description

Our Rockville, MD home (4 bedroom) is a renovated 1890 farmhouse surrounded by beautiful large homes in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. It's about 30 minutes from DC. Our Fenwick Island bayfront townhome (sleeps 8) is two miles from the DE beaches in a community with tennis, pool, kayaking, biking..... The houses are about 3 hours apart from eachother and you are welcome to use either during your stay. Enjoy the history and beauty of the city for a few days and then head to the beach for some rest and relaxation in the Delaware surf and sand. Use our car, too!

Neighborhood

Our DC home is in a very nice suburb neighborhood. 30 minutes from DC. Drive our car to the city or take the metro which is a 5 minute drive from our house.

Our Fenwick Island, DE townhome is bayfront in a 6 year old community. It's minutes from the beaches of DE and Ocean City, MD. It's a beautiful home and great location.

About Us

My husband is a minister and we have "swapped" houses twice with ministers in England and it has been a fantastic experience. I am an account executive for an advertising agency. Our oldest daughter will graduate from HS this year and head to Auburn U in the architecture program. Our younger daughter will be a soph in HS next year.

Destination

We are looking to exchange in the first week of August. We'd like to go to the Rocky Mountains. Since we are only able to go during that week, a simultaneous trip would be best, however we may be able to be flexible with our houses. We'd love to have a car be part of this exhange.
