Description

my partner and myself live on the 4st floor in a residence with a doorman, in a very nice flat located near the canal saint martin, 10 minutes from the center. We have full accomodation (internet, tv...). There is a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. Pictures are available.

Neighborhood

the neighborhood is amazing. We are very close to the canal which is very beautiful, you can find find there a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. The subway station is 3 minutes from our place. the center of the city is at 15 minutes. It is one of the best part of the city.

About Us

i teach french and my partner is a director, we both speak english. for the exchange we will contact a friend in case of problem. beside the doorman will be informed of the situation and in charge for the keys, they actually live in the building and are available most of the time.
