Description

We live in a four bed bugalow in a quiet street just 5 mins from the town centre with library facilities shops and cafes.We have two bathrooms with shower and jacuzzi as well as a fullyfitted kitchen with open plan dining room which is less than one year old.We also have a comfortable sitting room with open fireplace and plasma television.We have two double rooms and two single rooms all with newly fitted wardrobes.We have a small front garden and a secluded back garden with decking and this area is areal suntrap in the summer.

Neighborhood

5 mins drive from Shannon airport and 5 mins to local shops cafes and library.We enjoy walks along the Shannon estuary and also make good use of the outdoor playground and leisure centre which has an indoor pool and lots ofactivities including a climbing wall and gym.We are approx. 20 mins drive from the picturesque town of Ennis and 40 mins drive from the beach.Local tourist attractions include Bunratty castle and folkpark,the cliffs of Moher and the Burren region.

About Us

My husband is a selfemployed accountant and I work 2 days a week as a nurse.We have a 6 year old daughter and a three year old son.We like to take 8 weeks holiday in July and August but would also consider Christmas and Easter vacations.We enjoy walking,swimming,beachactivities and we regularly host dinnerparties and BBQs

Destination

Our home is available for 8 weeks in the summer and two weeks in December 08.We are fairly flexible with dates but we do need to facilitate school schedule.We have spent time in Australia and would love to return but we are also willing to consider other destinations.
