Master bedroom includes king-size bed & master bath & tv, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & tv, 3rd bedroom is a child's room with twin bed. Ping-pong table in family room. Eat-in kitchen and dining room. Laundry room with washer & dryer.

Neighborhood

House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood 6 miles west of Downtown Denver. New urban outdoor shopping area (Belmar) is within walking distance - .5 mi - which includes movie theatre, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, J. Jill, Victoria's Secret, Gap, Banana Republic, Whole Foods Market, Bally's Total Fitness & great restaurants (PF Changs).

Downtown Denver (Pepsi Center, Invesco Mile-High Stadium, Performing Arts Center, Denver Art Museum, Botanic Gardens, Museum of Nature & Science, 16th Street Mall, Children's Museum, Denver Aquarium) - 6 mi., Boulder - 33 mi., Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre - 7 mi., Coors Brewery - 11 mi. , Bandimere Speedway - 12.5 mi.

We are a family of 3 (one child - 5 yr old boy) looking to plan a vacation with my parents.

Destination

We would like to vacation near Paris and will need 3 bedrooms. Car exchange is available. We have a Hyundai Sonata & Chevy Suburban.
