Maison tout confort (Lave linge, lave vaisselle, ... on y vit!) 2 chambres enfant 1 chambre double , bureau avec canapé convertible et accès Internet.
Salon séjour sur 2 niveaux avec cheminée centrale.
La réfection complète de la cuisine est prévue en mai prochain. elle sera ouverte sur le séjour.
1 salle d'eau et une salle de bain. 2 WC.

Jardin de 1100 m2 avec terrasse exposée S/O.

Paris est à 2 heures de TGV de Nantes. L'ile de Noirmoutier et les plages de Vendée sont à 1 heure de voiture. Le Mont Saint-Michel est à 2h15.
Les plages les plus proches (La Baule , Saint-Nazaire) sont entre 30 mn et 1 heure


The house is well equipped (washing machine, dish washer,... we live there !) There is 2 single bedrooms and a double one.
There is also an office with Internet access and a convertible sofa.

The living room is on 2 floors with a central fire place.
The kitchen will be completly refounded in next may, it will communicate directly with the living room.

There is 1 bathroom and one shower room + 2 WC

The garden is 1300 square yards with a terrace south-west exposed.

You can go to PARIS with the Great Speed Train in 2 hours from Nantes.
By car, The Mont Saint-Michel is at 2h15 . Normoutier island and the Vendée's beaches at 1 hour.
Closest beaches (La Baule, Saint-Nazaire) are between half an hour and one hour.

Neighborhood

Quartier résidentiel très calme.
800m de toutes commodités (bus, commerces alimentaires, médecins, pharmacie, poste tennis ....)
ballades à pied ou en vélo (4 disponibles) en pleine campagne.

The district is very quiet and residential.
half mile from all conveniences (buses to Nantes, food shops, doctors and chemists, post office , tennis....)
There is 4 bikes , you'll can use them, in the country around, and a lot of country ways to make walking tours.

About Us

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes.
Caroline travaille pour le Port de Nantes et Yves est informaticien dans la banque.
Agathe, 15 ans est lycéenne et Alice, 12 ans collégienne et fan de football.
Nous avons un adorable chat, Isidore.

We are a 4 persons family.
Caroline works for Nantes's Harbour and Yves is IT Ingeneer for a bank society.
Agathe , 15 years old, is in secondary school and Alice, 12 years old, is a soccer player when she's not at school.
We also have a pleasant pussy cat named Isidore.
We don't speak very well english but we can manage with.......

Destination

Pour cette année, nous recherchons prioritairement un échange dans New York ou à moins d'une heure de trajet.

Nous souhaitons vivement découvrir cette mégapole et ses environs.


For 2008, We are looking in priority for an exchange with New York or it suburbs, with less than 1 hour trip to the town.
We will be gad to discover the Big Apple and around.
