Hello,
We live in Bangkok, Thailand, 10 months a year, and return here every summer to California. Currently, we have our home in Lake Wildwood, Ca. rented 10 months a year, but will probably rent it year round next year and will be looking to exchange a home for next summer.

Our home in Bangkok is 2800 sq.ft and comes complete with maid service(meals, laundry, cleaning, errands, etc.). We will arrange everything for you from beach trips to discounts on meals at 5 star hotels. We have completed many successful house exchanges and and have many references. Our Bangkok home is available from the second week in June until the last week in July.

Neighborhood

We love Thailand! Our home is peaceful, near all Western facillites and amenities. Taxis come direct to our home to take you into the downtown area, about a 20 minute ride. We have had many friends visit us in Bangkok, and almost without exception, they return to explore the beaches and mountains as well as enjoy the Thai culture and hospitality.

About Us

We are international school teachers who have worked and lived in Thailand for 14 years. We love the safety and warmth of the area. We hope to build on our 30 acres in California soon, and return to California every summer. Our maid, an excellent cook of both Western and Thai food, stays with our home during our absence, and would be here to see to your every need.

Destination

We own our home in Bangkok as well as a condominium overlooking the river by the 5 star hotels in here in Thailand. We also own a home in Lake Wildwood, California. We desire a home in the Grass Valley area to exchange for our large home in Bangkok at present. We are intending to rent the lake view condominium in Bangkok and home in Lake Wildwood, California, so we prefer a simultaneous exchange during our summer vacation, but we have participated in non-simultaneous exchanges before (references available), and would be happy to host a family while we are living and working here in Thailand.
