Description

Our 4 bedroomed Detached house set within a beautiful village.
There is a double bedroom downstairs with ensuite. A further double bedroom, a twin room with bunk beds, and a small single room, with the second bathrroom upstairs.
The kitchen is small and adequate, with fridgefreezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a small sunroom leading into the back garden which is lawned.
There is ample parking.

Neighborhood

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac.
All the local amenities are within walking distance.
We have a national Golfing Centre which has won awards but i am not the golfing sort so we can't answer any golfing questions!
There is the local Kinema in the woods, with beautiful idyllic walks around the village itself. We often go out for walks around as it's so peaceful.
The nearest City is Lincoln which is a 24 miles car journey, or bus ride. There is a market town of Boston which is 16 miles away,or nearer still is Horncastle.
London is about 200miles away, either by car, but i prefer train. Less we get lost! The nearest Train station is Lincoln or again Boston.

About Us

My partner Martyn is in the hotel business, myself, Anna, am a teaching assistant. We have 3 girls between us.
We also have pets which we would prefer to stay at home, so if possible could anyone considering coming here take this into consideration please. The pets are as follows, a cat and a bearded dragon and a corn snake. they are all easy to look after simple feeding no hard work as such.
Reptile phobias need not apply!!!

As i work in a school i have to taker my holiday when the pupils are on holiday, so this has to be within the 6 weeks holidays in the summer.
