This is a three bedroomed semi detached house. Spacious kitchen with all mod cons and large conservatory. There is one fully tiled toilet upstairs with a shower over the bath. Small gardens to front side and back.

Neighborhood

Fifteen minutes drive from the airport, fifteen minutes from the historical port of Leith & the magnificent city centre. Quiet walk/cycle path leading to beach on the doorstep. Busstop outside the house & good shopping centre within walking distance. Shops include Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys, TK Max, Clarkes shoe shop & more.

About Us

We are a patriotic Scottish family who are very proud of our country. My children are aged 22, 19 & 18. Two boys and a girl. We are eager to share our small but cosy home with people who may not afford to visit Edinburgh due to the high costs involved. Particularly during the August festival and tattoo.
Billy, my husband and eldest son Callum & I all work for the Edinburgh district council..In different roles and departments. My middle child Liam works for the HBOS bank and the youngest child a daughter Jordana is working and has almost completed training as a nursery nurse. We are a busy household like ships in the night but do try to eat meals together on a regular basis. We are all into sports. The children like football games and are all Hibees. This means they follow Hibernian football club. We like the simple things in life. Our home is conveniently situated to visit the highlands & islands.
