Our apartment is on the ground floor in a private complex.It is renovated and clean!.There is one double bedroom, two single beds and a bed setee. All facilities: hob, oven, micro-wave,cafetiere kettle, refrigerater, deep freezer, washing machine T.V. stereo.The veranda opens out onto a terrace with dining suite and barbeque (charcoal or wood). Over the hedge there is a huge swimming pool and 30 yards away there is a garden area with swings and table tennis.There is a parking area enclosed within the complex.

Neighborhood

In summer its so nice to just step out and relax around the swimming pool, we have 300 days of sunshine in this region!. But if you prefer to be out and about, the typically French beach and town center are only a 5 minute walk away. Valras offers lots of attractions, may it be for children or for adultes. Local markets, beach games,funfair,outdoor concerts and theater, jet-ski, cycling, horse riding, Casino, discotheques, etc.The medieval city of Carcassonne is about one hour away and the Spanish border 70 minutes away.

About Us

Bruno is the manager of a Hertz agency of Plant-hire and Anthea is a commercial employee, we are both non smokers and would respect your home. We will be travelling with one or two of our three children (16, 22 and 25 years old).We speak English and French and just a little Spanish. If you have pets, we would gladly feed and look after them!.
