2 bed 2 bath top floor (of 2) apartment sleeps max 6, on the tranquil Royal Palm complex, 10 minutes walk to the town beach and harbour of Los Cristianos.
The masterbedroom has ensuite shower room, a double bed, and 2 x double doors opening onto the double width balcony. The lounge opens onto this balcony also. The balcony is furnished, faces south west, and has views of the sea and mountain. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a double bed settee in the lounge. There is a family bathroom. The american style kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer section, microwave kettle toaster...and more.
The complex has 3 pools, 1 heated in winter, with lifeguard, superb tropical gardens, a reception selling newspapers excursions etc, a laundry room, and mexican restaurant and bar open evenings only (to preserve the tranquility).
Close by are numerous restaurants and bars, plus a large supermarket for all your daily needs. The town harbour and beach and all they have to offer are within a 10 minute walk.

Neighborhood

We enjoy this part of Los Cristianos, because its peaceful, away from the nightlife of Las Americas, yet within a short taxi ride if you decide you want to have an exciting evening.
Its easy to take day trips up Mount Teide, or see the whales and dolphins that live in the warm waters off the island, or just laze the day away at the beach or the pool.

About Us

We have lived in Tenerife for several years now, but are looking to spend more time travelling the world now both my wife Mandy and I (Richard) are approaching retirement. We also want to see many areas of the UK with a view to returning one day.
