Description

Spacious beach house on a new develpment on the island of Florianopolis in southern Brazil. The upstairs is totally occupied by the master bedroom and large bathroom with access to a large balcony. In the main floor, there are two bedrooms where 4 or more people can sleep. Two bathrooms, a large dining room, kitchen and living room and laundry take up the rest of the space. From the dining room, glass sliding doors leads to a large patio and barbecue area and garden with two confortable hammocks.

Neighborhood

The house sits about 50 meters from the beach in a new development of Pantano do Sul.
Great mountains and the ocean surround this tranquil, still undiscovered and very secure island in southern Brazil. Ideal for families with children, great walks in the beach or through several mountain trails.
