Description

The house is spacious with 5 bed, 2,300 sq ft with a large garden and parking for several cars. There are 2 double bedrooms downstairs one with a king size bed and ensuite shower room and the other with a super kingsize sleigh bed with orthopaedic mattress.

There are 3 further bedrooms upstairs, one large twin, one single bedrom and a further twin.

There is a large living room, a tv/playroom and a kitchen/diner with doors leading out to the garden.

All rooms are very light.

We would consider a house swap during Easter or Summer 2009.

Neighborhood

The town of Greystones is and extremely picturesque example of an Irish seaside town, packed with high quality restaurants, pubs,food shops, cafes and boutiques. It has fantastic coastal walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful mountains and indeed the rest of Ireland. The town is about 15 minutes walk from the house, the harbour and sea.

Having moved to Greystones from London , we find it a lovely friendly place to be especially enjoying its close proximity to Dublin which is reached in 1 hour by rail or half an hour by car.

About Us

We have four lovely, well-behaved children aged 10,8,and twins aged 6. John is an IT Professional and Elaine works in IT recruitment. We are interested in any activities we can carry out as a family and like to be based in an area where we are able to walk to amenities and not be too car dependent. Our children have reached an age where they are keen to explore new countries and cultures.

We have very friendly neighbours who are always willing to help out.
