Our apartment (5O meters square) is very comfortable. We offer a large living room and a separate bedroom. it is located at the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century flat.

Our bathroom has got a bath which can be used also as a shower. You can also use the washing/drying machine inside the bathroom.

Our kitchen is functional with a oven and a fridge.

Neighborhood

This Appartment is very well located in the center of Paris but is very calm. We are located in "Mouffetard" neighbourhood near "Le Panthéon"

The important advantage is we are next to all activities depending on what you want to do. You can easily walk in "Le jardin des Plantes", make shopping in "Saint Germain des Près", eat in very good French restaurant in "Saint Michel" or near "Le Panthéon".

About Us

My girlfriend and I are respectively 26 and 27 years old. We are working in advertising as financial controller for me and as marketer for her.

We are pretty much urban and would like to go to New York City this year to live around 10 days downtown the city and allow another couple to stay the same time in the center of Paris.
