Description

Semi-detached house with lawned sunny garden, 10ft trampoline, apple tree and vegetable patch. 3 miles from centre of Leeds, on good bus route to both city and local airport (15mins on bus - Jet2 amongst others). 4 bedrooms, 1 is used as an office but has double futon. Shower room, bathroom both with toilet and separate toilet as well. Internet. cable TV (with Wii), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Neighborhood

Good neighbours, quiet area with lots of youngish families, easy walking to Horsforth town centre and park. Well connected by bus and train. Yorkshire Dales just up the road - much walking close at hand. Leeds has theatres, good restaurants, cinemas, clubs, Royal Armouries, art galleries etc. Bradford 8 miles away with National Museum of Film and Photography. Bronte country 30 mins by car.

About Us

We are both teachers and have a very child-friendly house. We have 2 girls aged 7 and 9. We enjoy reading, sports, walking, cinema, arts and crafts and good food and wine. We lived in Spain for several years and so speak Spanish.

Destination

Would like to find a place in Asturias, Spain ideally for August or 3 weeks in August. Gijon would be the preferred location.

We have arranged a swap for the summer (July/ August) but are open to offers for the other dates.
