Description

Our flat is located in a private and closed alley. It's very quiet. Second and top floor of a house. Four bedrooms (one for a baby), two bathrooms, a large living room with open kitchen.
Notre appartement de 120m2, sur deux niveaux, est situé au fond d'un petite impasse piétonne. Il est donc très calme. Il comprend 4 chambres, dont une pour bébé. Deux salles de bain (une à chaque étage). Une grande pièce à vivre de 40 m2 avec cuisine ouverte et un séjour-salon baigné de lumière.

Neighborhood

The area of Belleville-Ménilmontant is considered as typical old Paris and has kept its charms. Photographers, like Willy Ronis or Robert Doisneau, made famous pictures here. Not far, there is a large park, which overlooks Paris...
L'appart est situé à dans le quartier de Belleville-Ménilmontant, à 2 minutes d'un grand parc arboré, d'où l'on domine toute la ville... C'est le vieux Paris des rues pavées et des ateliers d'artistes, immortalisé par Robert Doisneau, Willy Ronis et d'autres grands photographes.

About Us

We are a family with a little baby girl and two teenagers. Both parents are 44 and are journalists.

LA FAMILLE : la maman, 44 ans, journaliste. Le papa, 44 ans, journaliste. Mathilde 5 mois, pas encore journaliste ! Clémence 15 ans, passionnée de mode et Gabriel 12 ans, fou de jeux vidéo.

Destination

We would prefer a place by the sea side, or with a swimming pool.

Nos préférences : la mer, le calme, une jolie maison avec piscine... Le bonheur, quoi !
