Description

Our home have two floors, the first one is always available for exchange also non simultaneus, it has a large dining room with fireplace, tv, dvd, video recorder,playstation, kitchen with all householding, microwave, dishwashes there are two little rooms that can accomodate until 4 persons, a large bathroom, with shower.
If the exchange is simoultaneus, we offer also a very big room upstairs with air conditioning, computer, instruments (piano, guitar,etc.) that can accomodate 2 persons.
We have a lot of toys, PS2 computer for children from 3 to 15 years.
There is a garage, with bicycles, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The house has a garden with porch, and barbecue, teeter totter, and children facility.

Neighborhood

Ideally located as a touring base, our village offers easy access to Como Lake, with its beautiful country ( George Clooney bought his home there), Alps, Switzerland is about 30km away, Milan, you can easily reach all north part of Italy.
Andalo is a very quiet place, it's a little town with park, woods, river.
There are several supermarket and restaurant nearby, and shopping facility.

About Us

We are Claudia e Marcello, a married couple with two teenager (16,13) and one smaller daughter (7). Our childrens are well behaved and respectfully of other things.
We have also a white miniature poddle, Ruby, but if you prefer we have a person who can take care of her.
Marcello is a manager and I'm a director, we enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have done several home exchange before, from 1996.
We think that this is a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours.
With several exchanger we have kept in contact and we write each other.
