The appartment (50 m² - second floor) was renovated few years ago. There is an old parquet floors. Our living room (one sofa convertible in bed) is very clear, with lots of light (south exposition). "coup de coeur garanti". Opened kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom (one double bed)...

I can send you more photos if you want. We would like to exchange it with an appatement in Manatthan from 15/02/08 to 21/02/08.

But we can be interested by every offer from all the world.

Neighborhood

Beautifull appartment in the heart of Paris (near Place d'Italie) in the typical "Butte aux Cailles Street". You have all you want, lots of little restaurants, main metro lines (6,7,5), and a very quiet area very secured. You wil like our street with wild apple tree...

About Us

We are a couple of two young people.
A financial executive and a civil servant (executive too).
We have no child, no pets. We don't smoke. We like sport and travelling around the world...We can speak : french, english, arabic and spanish.

Destination

Our priority is to go to New York (Manatthan prefered) from 15/02/08 to 21/02/08.
