Description

We love our appartment which is idealy situated within minutes walk to the best British beaches and wonderfully Victorian pedestrian shopping precint. We have a modern kitchen with washing machine and microwave oven. Our lovely spacious lounge diner with a bay front window has a large modern flat screen tv with digi box & dvd
player. There is a modern hole in the wall gas flame fire and comfortable corner sofa and armchair as well as a games table with chess & backgamon etc.. Outside there is a small well kept garden and a covered area where there are bikes for local use. There is a downstairs wc and u derstairs storage for coats etc.. Upstairs there is a messonine area and two very spacious bedrooms both with large king size double beds and one with a four poster and onsuite shower room as well as another bathroom. All the rooms are bright and airy with nice outlooks. Our one and only neighbours across the shared landing are friends who live there all year round and they are lovely people who are happy to help.The immediate area of Boscome is Manor is delightful with Shelly park and excellent free tents courts just across the road. We aee perfectly situated for access to the New Forrest and all of Dorsets wonderfully places to visit.

Neighborhood

We love to walk or cycle along the seven miles of beach either to Hengersbury head a National reserve and then on to Christchurch one of Britains prettiest towns on the river or if we set off to the west along the coast towards pool harbour then take the ferry across to studland and Swanage where the seenary is second to none. Our own clifftop and veiws are breathtKing and we often go for an wary evening walk to see the amazing sunsets. There are brilliant bars resturants within minutes walk and in the summer there are weekly firework displays from Bournemouth pier. The sea is sparkling and there is plenty of activity should you want to surf, canoe or sail.

About Us

My wife and I have two teenage children our daughter who is 16 is working hard at her GCSE's and our son who is 14 likes sport and socializing. My wife is a special needs teacher and I run my own business in London where we live when we're not our appartment.

Destination

We can also exchange at the end of jully till end of august but excluding 3rd of august when we have family wedding in London.
