Neighborhood

This property is conveniently located next to the Orlando County Convention Center, across the street from the world class Shingle Creek Golf course, and central to Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. We are also just a block away from International Drive, well known for its fine area restaurants and shopping centers.

About Us

We are a family of four. We live in Miami Florida, two adults and two youngsters under 10. Part of us are Mexican, and the other part is a mix of European/Scandinavian heritages. Together we have been having a great time. We're still not retired (a few years to go for that). He's a geologist working with the one of the Environmental Departments in Florida, I'm a homeschooling mom, and wannabe executive (lol). We speak English and Spanish.

Destination

Our property is a rental property, currently it is available pretty much anytime, therefore the exchange can be simultaneous or not, whichever is more convenient. Our travel/stay dates are Arriving the evening of April 30th 2008 and leaving the morning of May 9th.
We are looking for a property on or very close to the beach on the Pacific coast of Mexico
