Description

Our home is situated on a landscaped acre overlooking Carmel Valley. The home is one story of approx. 3600 square feet. Their is a large living room, dining room, kitchen with eat in area, three bedroom plus office with pullout bed. One of the bedrooms has its own small kitchen. There is a heated outdoor pool (solar heat). We have a mini-Schnauzer dog and a large old calico cat. We are about three miles to Carmel Beach. There are many golf courses within ten miles, some of world class, e.g, Pebble Beach, Spyglass et al.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet. We have a very lovely view of hills and a peak of the Pacific ocean. Public transportation is poor but available. Driving is a necessity.

About Us

We are a retired couple in our sixties. Our grown children live in San Francisco (120 miles away) and in Maui. My wife is a retired College English instructor and I retired from the reinsurance business as an intermediary.
