Description

We have three bedrooms (only two for the exchange), each one with a double bed, one with a baby-bed and 2 bathrooms.
There is a dining room and a living room with TV and stereo. We have a fully equiped kitchen .
There is also an office and a garage.

Neighborhood

Our house is a private house (with 1000 m2 land) in a calm area located at 40 minutes away from Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix. Close to a little village and next to shops.
Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to walks and activities in the French Alps and lakes of Léman and Annecy.

About Us

We are Arlette and Christian (accountants), and already made 5 exchanges. We are no smokers and we don't want any pets in our house as in yours (specially cats).
