Description

This is a typical New Zealand home by the sea. The house is ideal for relaxing by the pool or spa, with the beach only 3 minutes walk away. There are two large outdoor entertainment areas one round by the swimming pool and the other a large deck that leads from the lounge to spa pool and large garden.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is quiet with a mix of young families and older people.


You can walk to the local mall, cafe's and bars. Mount Maunganui has a lot of offer in the way of outdoor activities for the young and not so young. There is an excellent bus service that will take you to the city of Tauranga within 10 minutes or to Rotorua within an hour. Rotorua is one of New Zealands main tourists attractions. We are centrally located and you can drive to the top or bottom of the north island. There is also a local airport that has direct flights to most destinations.

About Us

There will be myself, my partner and two year old daughter participating in the exchange. We are both professional, I am a teacher and my partner is a librarian we are both non-smokers. I love living in New Zealand and move here 13 years ago from Scotland. I am a keen gardener and love to fish. I have my own boat and try to get out to sea as often as possible. My partner is like hiking.
