Description

J'échange mon appartement de 2 pièces avec un grand balcon, au sud de Paris (15minutes du centre de Paris, et de la Tour Eiffel). Le logement est non fumeur et sans animaux.

Nice apartment, two rooms with a balcony, in the south of Paris (15minutes away from the center of Paris, the eiffel tower...by train). The train can also take you to Versailles and its famous castle in 30minutes. non-smoking flat, no pets.

Neighborhood

Situé dans la banlieue immédiate de Paris, l'appartement est situé dans une résidence privé très calme avec gardien. La ville est assez endormie le soir, mais les lignes de métro jusqu'à 1h, de train et de bus (24h/24h) desserve idéalement Paris. Tous les commerces alimentaires sont à approximité, ainsi qu'un grand parc attenant à la résidence.

We are located in the parisian suburb, right next to the border of paris. The apartment is part of a private residential area with a concierge. The city is calm and safe by night, so there is absolutly no problem for going out in paris by night and come home late. Moreover, the different trains (until 1am during the week, 2am during the week ends) and buses (24/7) provide a very easy and direct access to Paris. Groceries, supermarkets, restaurants and other shops are near the apartment, as well as a big and pleasant park on the other side of the street.

About Us

J'ai 22ans et je vis en colocation dans cette appartement, étant non fumeur, ne possédant pas d'animaux et étant assez méticuleux sur la propreté, le logement est toujours en excellent état. Après des études supérieures de physique, je suis actuellement en école de commerce, mon colocataire est étudiant en anglais (vous pourrez facilement converser avec lui en anglais).

I'm 22,I live in my apartment with a roommate. I have studied physics and now, i study economics. My roommate has studied sciences (especially mathmatics for 2 years) and is currently studying English and American History and Literature in a university in Paris, so he's likely to be able to talk and give further informations about the apartment ,or whatever you'd like to know,in english. We don't have pets, we don't smoke, and since I like to live in a clean place the apartment is always very clean.

Destination

Je recherche en priorité un appartement dans le centre de New York pour juillet 2008, toutefois les dates sont flexibles.

I'm looking for an apartment as near as possible from the center of New-York City in July 2008 , or August 2008. Dates are flexible.
