The location of my flat is really great.

It is a modern and confortable one bedroom flat (56 sq.yards-45 m2).
There is a balcony facing a garden,the place is Sunny and very quiet.
The building is elegant and secured ,with a caretaker.
The flat is suitable up to 3 people -2 can sleep in the bedroom and one in a confortable sofa-bed in the living room-






Neighborhood

The building is just opposite the famous Jardin des Plantes (Botanical Garden) in the 5th arrondissement of Paris near rue Mouffetard with its picturesque open air market and rue Monge (Latin Quarter).
The river Seine and its promenade are at a short walking distance.
St Michel,la Bastille and le Marais are not far.
Very convenient public transport.

My name is Marie,I am a pre-retired lady whose job was in the insurance and law.
I am friendly,open minded ,serious and quite.
