Description

It is a one storey bungalow residential house located in a secured subdivision overlooking the mountain side of Laguna City. It is a dream house of a single lady with lots of personal chic and sassy touches inside and out. It has a beautiful garden with healthy plants that I personally planted and taking cared of. My house is built in modern structure with big windows, modern furniture, spacious living area, kitchen, bedrooms, office with 1 computer, bicycle in the backyard. I live alone in the house. I use the backyard for barbequing with sisters and friends, walk to the local park and enjoy cooking/baking in my great kitchen. Laguna's weather is usually sunny and warm but never really hot - no air conditioning is needed as air circulate around the house from its big windows. I have AC in my bedroom and do have fans for the occasional hot night. I sit in the garden and enjoy my cold choco drink, feel the invigorating nature's breeze from the north and greenery around my garden. My house is a few steps away from the subdivision's amenities centre where you can take pleasure in tennis, swimming, badminton, rollerskate, variety of shops and restaurants/karaoke bar. The subidivision is very accessible to shopping malls and main coastal highway, 20 minutes to the heart of Manila.

Friendly and private neighborhood with 24 hour security. Quiet atmosphere with wide streets and clean surroundings.

About Us

I am a modern intelligent woman, charming and lovable, hardworking. I enjoy gardening, baking, cooking. My friends say that I am fun to know, although sometimes difficult to pin down. My view of life is quite original and my mental qualities are first-class, but blessed with a light touch and is never boring. I like to try out my ideas in conversation, flitting from one topic to another. Entertaining and amusing others is my idea of how to spend a pleasant evening. Still, I never imposes my views upon those around me, however forthright they may be. I live alone in the house and stay there for only a few days each year. I am single, non smoker, non drinker, catholic, adaptable, versatile, intellectual, communicative, spontaneous, eloquent, youthful, lively, talkative, amusing, witty and logical. I am counted among the lucky few who most certainly know the deep expression of being truly "in love."

Destination

no preference, just I want to go out far from where I am at the moment. To see the world and finally find out what's really for me, something concrete, secured and one I could hold on for the rest of my life.
