Bright 2-room apartment with 2 small balconies with views of Paris and Sacre-Coeur. For 1 person or a couple (1 twin-bed). The apartment is very quiet, no disturbing noise from the street or the neighbours. Cable tv & DSL internet. Washing-machine. 6th floor with no lift.

Neighborhood

Pigalle / Abbesses / Montmartre area.
5 min from Moulin-Rouge, Sacre-Coeur.
Lots of great bars and restaurants, some pricey, some very cheap (I'll give you an address list of the best places if you like !).
Pigalle subway station is 30 meters from the door : line 2 brings you all over North Paris, and line 12 crosses Paris from North to South.

I'm a 30-year-old bachelor working in cinema : directing and scriptwriting.

Destination

Favourite places: Berlin/London/New-York/San Francisco/Barcelona.
Also open to other proposals.
Looking for an apartment for an indefinite period of time.
I would let my own apartment at the same dates.
I am a writer, so I have no obligations: the dates are very flexible.
I like living for a few months in foreign capitals when I'm writing, so I can gather new inspiration.
