Description

Great family home, large balcony for eating outside with mountains view, terrace games (table tennis), kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry with dryer, dining room, lounge with video projector.
Our home is welcoming and easy to live.
We use 4x4 car because of the snow in winter.
Internet unlimited connexion (wifi)

Neighborhood

Our house isn't insulated, but in a very quiet area: Our first neighbor is 50 m and the second at 200 m.
We are fortunate to have a beautiful view on the the mountains around and on the valley.
Supermarket 1 km on the road from ANNECY (25 km) to the ski resort of La Clusaz (5 km). Chamonix-Mont Blanc, Italy, Switzerland and the airport internationnal Geneva are within 1 hour drive
We are in a touristic valley where there are lots of things to see and do: walking, climbing, swimming pool, the cable car to the Aiguille du Midi, Geneva ...

About Us

Our family: my wife is a chartered accountant and I am company director. Our children: 2 boys 16 and 15, and a girl 14.
We have cats, but they must stay out of the house
We love walking in the mountains, where we have to old cottages, swimming in Lake Annecy and the aquapark of La Clusaz, and travel by car in Switzerland, Italy: we are right next to the border
We speak French (!) and english
