Description

Large family apartment sleeps 6 in the centre of barcelona next to park. We have 3 children ages, 4, 6 and 10. We have french bakeries in Barcelona. Apartment easy to clean, has dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, internet access. Apartment is very modern and has easy access to tourist sites. Tourist bus is at the end of our street. You can walk to many sites, shops, we have an amazing indooor market next to us. The park has a very nice cafe and a separate play area for children. You have use of the car as the beach is 15 minutes away. Barcelona is an amazing city. Need exchange for 5 people, near a beach if possible and use of car, Looking at school holidays or weekends if in europe. We are open to all ideas.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very friendly and has the advantage of being near one of barcelona´s most beautiful park. There are many outdoor cafes, we have a fantastic food market 2 minutes away. You are right next door to public transport, but being in the centre you can walk everywhere. There are lots of young families living in our area and we have a local champagne bar, cheese shop right next door. It is a very safe neighbourhood.

About Us

My husband is an architect and I worked as a press officer in London before moving to Barcelona. We fell in love with the city and have now opened 5 bakeries. We speak spanish, and the three children are fluent in catalan aswell. This is the first language in Catalunya; everybody speaks spanish. We like food alot and that is why we chose to live near the food market.

Destination

I am open to ideas but with 3 children we are interested in European cities, ski areas or apartments or houses near the beach. We are not interested in being in the countryside. We can also do a long term exchange from the end of June until end of August. We can do a non-simultaneous exchange.
