Description

We have a typical "longère", it is 200 sq mt and it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one large, one small). It is friendly for children, very charming in summer, it is open on a large garden.

Neighborhood

Our house is located in 20 mn drive from Angers (a small French city : 150.000 h).
All shops are at 5 mn drive in Brissac-Quincé.
You can enjoy biking or walking in vineyards and by the Loire.
There are many attractive French villages in the surroundings.
Angers is a historical city, as well as Saumur and the famous Chateaux de la Loire at a 2 hours drive.
If you take the train in Angers, you can go to Paris in 1 1/2 hour, 45 mn to enjoy the seaside in Le Croisic or La Baule.
In 2008, the Tour de France will spend one day at 45 mn from our house in Cholet.
