My 50 mq. ground flat, is located in a nice medioeval town , near the sea and near cultural sites, in the center.
It has an equiped kitchen to entry with a corner sofa-bed, a double bed room, a bathroom with shower, rustic furniture.

Neighborhood

The apartment is placed in Scansano (500 mt) Near the town ther' are many famous cultural sites like Saturnia Thermes, Porto S. Stefano (on the Argentario gulf, with the car only 20 min). At 60 Km. ther'is Siena and Florence or Rome about 150 km.
Scansano is very important place for his worderful wine (Morellino di Scansano) surrounded from beautiful views, tipical tuscanian cooking restaurants and all services.

About Us

I'm Sara, a student and I'm 20 years old. My granparents are the house's ownes and we live all toghether. Scansano apartment is their second house, therefore they can offer it in not simoultaneus swap.
I prefere travel in august with my boyfriend, I would like Europe cities, especially Spain or England.
