We are David and June,and live in this Townhouse in a secure gated community in Guadalmina, Marbella.The House we have never let before,however this year we thought, as we Holiday in St.Tropez in the summer, we would consider a house exchange, as we go away for 4 weeks.The House is next to Guadalmina Golf, and the community has a large swimming pool with lifeguard,which we have access to from our Garden.The House has 3 Bedrooms, Dining Room,Lounge,Hall,Fully fitted Kitchen,2 Bathrooms,plus a shower and WC.parking on the front drive,Covered terrace and Garden,BBQ at the rear.There is c/h and a/c and Sat TV etc.We have a car available if required.10 MINS away is Puerto Banus,with its Yachts,Designer Shops and Restaurants,also the numerous Beaches of Marbella, and Golf clubs on the Costa Del Sol.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood, is a gated community, with a mainly proffessional Spanish community.
there is 24 hour security, and a lifeguard, the Gardens and Pool Areas are immaculate,the Pool is within 25 Metres of the back Garden.The Golf Club is nearby, but there are many on the coast.

About Us

I AM AGED 60, AND jUNE IS 51,WE HAVE OUR OWN PROPERTY BUSINESS, SUPPLYING AGENTS WITH OVERSEAS PROPERTIES DIRECT FROM DEVELOPERS.
FOR OUR SUMMER hOLIDAYS, WE LIKE TO WIND DOWN, SUNBATHE,A LITTLE SIGHT SEEING, AND EAT IN GOOD RESTAURANTS.WE DRIVE TO THE SOUTH OF FRANCE FROM OUR HOME IN SPAIN.
WE HAVE 2 CATS, THAT ARE CLEAN AND WELL BEHAVED CALLED SUSHI AND SMUDGIE.THEY WILL NEED FEEDING.

Destination

WE ARE LOOKING TO BE IN ST.TROPEZ, GASSIN,WITHIN 10/15 MINS OF THE BEACHES.Additionally we would be interested in Majorca,or Ibitha.

ANY 3/4 WEEK CONTINUAL PERIOD WITHIN JULY AND AUGUST.

WE HAVE NEVER LET OUR HOUSE BEFORE AND WOULD PREFER 2/4 PEOPLE.
