Welcoming home with private garden and parking, lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. As this is our home it comes with all modern conveniences ie freeview tv, cd players, dvd, central heating.

Neighborhood

Lovely home situated in a residential area of Cleveleys, but only a 5 minute walk to our new promenade on the sea front ( recently rebuilt at a cost of £19 million!). Buses, trams and our high street are only a 2 minute walk away and give access to local shops,bars and restaurants. As we are so central a car is not needed, we are only a bus or tram ride away from the famous Blackpool Tower,Circus,Pleasure Beach,Promenade (with its 3 piers) and annual Illuminations plus the 32-acre Blackpool Zoo and the Victorian Stanley Park.Local transport also gives direct access to Fleetwood harbour,markets and its famous Freeport shopping complex.A perfect venue to enjoy the sights and facilities of the Lancashire coast and northern England.
Travel to this area is easy, using either Blackpool,Manchester or Liverpool airports or the extensive motorway/railway networks.

About Us

I am a retired BT engineer and my wife has recently taken EARLY (!) retirement after 18 years with the Civil Service. We prefer holidays in new surroundings and now have more time to enjoy them.
