A 40 m² appartment, with a bathroom, one bedroom, and a living room with kitchen, TV, cable, DVD, Hifi, and one sofa bed. Good neighborhood. 1st floor.

Entry phone, custody and good neighborhood.

2 lovely cats.

Neighborhood

My neighborhood is near the parisian Chinatown,in 13th district. The subway is 100 meters from my appartment, direct for the center of the City (Le Louvre, Opera, Sorbonne...) and there is a tramway. A good place for a stay in Paris for 2 people, or 2 people with a child.

About Us

I'm a 33 years old teacher of History and Geography, and my girlfriend is graphic designer. We love music (blues, jazz, soul, R&B, rock'n roll...) and cats...

Destination

Visibly, we'd like to go to Danemark this summer.

I would like to go to New York City or San Francisco in the summer of 2009. Anyway, everybody interested by my appartment can contact me for any date and any destination. We'll see !
