Description

Our home is situated in an idyillic little village with a country public house and local store within easy walking distance. My family and I have lived here for a year now and love it. We have a beautiful view from the rear of the property over chipstead valley and fields with horses in. I have two children, girls aged 15 and 8, and i am just about to remarry my partner who i have been with for four years now. We have a dog, west highland white, an african grey parrot, and a horse, welsh cob section d. The property is very spacious with two lounges, a large kitchen with great views from the raised decking area, three bedrooms and a loft bedroom, bathroom with a over the bath shower,we have a computer with internet access, off street parking and sky plus tv. The local people are very friendly always something going on. The city is within easy access by train and we are on the doorstep of Epsom Downs Race course, which is great when Derby week is on in June and the Queen is up on the Downs. Also Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park are only approx 20 mins away in the car so lots of things to see and do, but still have the tranquil setting of a village atmosphere.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is very friendly and village life is great. You can walk to the local village pub and in banstead village there are some great restaurents and shops to visit. Down the bottom of our road are some great walks in the countryside, you would think you were out in the middle of nowhere but you are very central to major citys and have easy access to a very busy centre if you wish.
