Description

A comfortable, newly renovated, resort style house, with large living spaces and a huge undercover outdoor area that overlook a large fenced pool. Our home is very child friendly, with plenty of lawn to run around in, a cubby house and swing set for the kids too. it is also located in a quiet street next to 2 parks. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a study that accomodates a sleeper couch. The train station is a ten minute walk away, and in 15 minutes this will take you into the centre of Perth. We are also 5km to some of Perths' best beaches, the well known Hillary's Boat Harbour as well as large shopping centres for the shopaholics out there. We have a large flat screen telly for the dads out there who just want to flop on the couch!

Neighborhood

We live in a quiet road, 15km from the Perth city centre. The train station is a 10 min walk. The beach,as well as Hillarys Boat Harbour, is a 5km bike ride away. We are right next door to a park that is next door to another park.

About Us

My husband Hume, is an engineer. I am a part time student/medical typist, as well as mother to 3 busy little boys! We love the outdoor beach lifestyle that Perth has to offer - Hume is a keen kiteboarder/windsurfer, so we live at the beach.
