Description

It is a townhouse with a small garden, located 30 minutes from the center of Madrid. The train station is at 2 minutes walking. On the basement, there is a garage and some store rooms. A spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen and a toilet on the 1st floor. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office on the second floor. A master bedroom with a walk-in-closet on the attic. Broadband Internet all over the house.

Neighborhood

It is located in the town of Alcala de Henares, the suburb of Madrid city. You can go to the center of Madrid very easily in 30 minutes by train or bus. The city of Alcala is also very nice, awarded as UNESCO's World Heritage city. The house is in the new area of the town, on the quiet street, but two minutes from the train station and a nice shopping center. Everything is in walking distance. From Madrid, you can travel easily to all the places in Spain like Andalucia, Barcelona, etc.

About Us

My husband and I are a Spanish - Japanese couple and we want to live in Tokyo for one year so that our daughters can learn Japanese and experience an authentic Japanese life. We are looking for a house swap for one academic year to realize this dream. Our daughters behave very well and we gurantee to take a good care of the house. In exchange, we can offer the possibility to enjoy the Spanish life. We can help you finding the schools in the area for the children if you wish and a Spanish language school to obtain a student visa to come to Spain.
