Description

We have a spacious apartment to offer - its beautifully decorated with tasteful child friendly furniture, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and airconditioning in the heart of Abu Dhabi - the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. On the top floor of our building is a lovely restaurant and situated directly under our building are shops which include tailors, laundries, supermarkets and many speciality chocolate shops - there's something within walking distance for everyone. Just a short, cheap taxi ride to all tourist attractions (a must see is the Emirates Palace) and a short 5 minute walk to the Corniche (the beautiful waterfront). Many restaurants to choose from and wonderful shopping malls and souks to spend hours getting lost in. Abu Dhabi is only a 1 1/2 hours drive from Dubai where the water taxis and gold souk are a must to experience. The endless warm sunny days that Abu Dhabi is famous for, is fantastic for a relaxing holiday - come and see this dymanic, vibrant and bustling city.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Corniche where you can enjoy many an hour walking and playing on the beach. Our apartment is situated above many local shops that sell almost anything you could imagine. Taxis are easy to pick up at the front door and are cheap to travel in. Great parks are in abundance and in walking distance for families with young children - as the Emirates is known for being a family orientated country. We have a view out over the older buildings of the city, directly to the majestic looking hospital. We love living in this city and our children enjoy exploring all that Abu Dhabi has to offer.

About Us

We are a New Zealand family of four who moved to Abu Dhabi a year ago. We are working in the education system helping with the education reform taking place over the next three years. Our daughters go to international schools and are enjoying making new and interesting friends daily. We are learning a little Arabic each day which is fun and our daughters know more than us already.

We have no specific city in mind, and we are very flexible with our dates.
