3 BEDROOM COASTAL COTTAGE (just renovated) is 113klms SW Melbourne on the great ocean road.Just 1 1/2hr drive Melb airport. Two bedrooms are double,3rd two singles,lounge/kitchen is open plan,two bathrooms,two wc. Out back you have large private garden and entertainment area on two levels where you can relax and watch the colorful birdlife or if your lucky see and hear the laughing kookburra while cooking on the BBQ..At night time if you listen you can hear the waves on yhe beach.

Neighborhood

A very quite area at normal times,most residents retirees,70% properties are holiday homes, 10 mins walk takes you shopping centre,beach and also the golf course but watch out for kangaroos while playing. Plenty of eateries in and around main shopping area. The soft sandy beach has allocatrd swimming areas which are patrolled in holiday season.20 mins drive away is the renown Bells Beach where they hold world surf competition. Coastal road scenery
is somethimg to see and also go inland to see the bush. A ferryacross the bay from Queenscliff to Sorrento will have dolphins swimming along side . Ref Anglesea Victoria Australia on net for information

About Us

We are Joe & Christine both retired (recent) and ready to see more of the world,we have 3 grown children and are happy grandparents
We have been to Great Britian,America and Thailand on previous holidays which we enjoyed to the full and hope to travel there again.
Up to date ( DEC 2007 ) have had six exchanges,eight exchanges
using our Anglesea Cottage
