Description

Very luminous house in a quiet & safe Parisian suburb, Champlan. .


House is very welcoming, has all confort: Garden, terrasse, 3 rooms ( small parent room) , a modern kitchen with all confort, and typical " Modern Salon ", which even 2 or 3 persons can sleep.Access to Internet.
During Summer time, kids love to play in garden, biking, and have a little swim in our kids swimming room. Summer time = playing basket-ball,swimming for kids, and barbecue for older.
Also, house can satisfy baby needed( Baby furnitures: bed, Changing table...).

Neighborhood

Very quiet and safe area, little countryside inside of big city close to Paris.
Close to Big Stores : Auchan, ans many stores
Lot of activities are possible; Tennis, Horsing, Walking.
Bus at 8 minutes walking. RER B AND C goes to Versailles, Paris .
We are at 15 km from Paris,20mn driving,30 min by RER to Champs Elysees.Very easy to access to paris thrugh RER at Massy palaiseau.Close by Orly Airport. Neighbor are very nice and helpful.

About Us

We love to discover some monuments, to see beach, and make some shopping.We used to live close by Santa MOnica 8 years ago, and our daughter Medina, will love to see where we used to live when she was a kid.
We are a family, Farid and I have 3 great kids very quiet who are used to travel, Medina 9, Yassin 5, and Baby Ryan
We are travelling with a young baby, he will be 9 months in July.
THis is not our first time we are exchanging our house, and we love it when we are a family.
We love to discover other culture : People Enthusiasm, Country music,salsa and other food " burritos and all of that"...
We speak 4 languages: ENglish, Spanish, Arabic, and French of course.We will be glad to welcome you in our house

Destination

We want to be closer to Los Angeles, Santa Monica, or Venice Beach, California State.
We are planning to stay 4 weeks, the better will be between 14 th of july to 20th of august 2008
