Description

Secluded 3 Bedroom townhome located off Montana Avenue, an easy walk to world-class shopping and Santa Monica beach. The main level of our home has a living room and "wet bar", a dining area, and a pass-through to our brand-new kitchen with bar stools. To the left of the kitchen is a full bathroom, and a den/study with French doors that open onto a secluded patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Our one-year-old sleeps in a nursery that is big enough for two kids. Next to the nursery is a large bedroom that we use for guests, and a full guest bathroom. The master bedroom suite has a cathedral ceiling, a sliding door that opens onto a tiny balcony, and a private bath with his-and-her wash basins. Our home has many amenities, including a large flat screen television with on-demand movies, wireless internet, a washer/dryer, and brand-new kitchen appliances. Michael will be teaching at the University of London from 23 June to 27 July, so our dates are not really flexible...

Neighborhood

Santa Monica is a beautiful seaside community directly nestled between Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean. Our townhome is located in the most sought-after area of Santa Monica, and is near restaurants, spas, markets, and, of course, the beach. During the summer, Santa Monica is alive with watersports, art festivals, and twilight dances at the word-famous pier. Malibu is a short jaunt up the Pacific Coast Highway, and there is easy access to Hollywood, Disneyland, and historic downtown Los Angeles.

About Us

We are an entertainment law professor and an industrial engineer who currently is a full-time mom to our one-year old.

Destination

We go to London every summer. While we are open to central London neighborhoods, we are especially interested in Bloomsbury.
