Nice sea view of Greek island of Kos, located close to beaches, bars,restaurants yet away from the crowd. Newly renovated 2 years a go. Nice terrace, sun room, large master bedroom with small garden. Open kitchen with all appliences. Very clean and cosy house.

Quartiere

Quiet neighbourhood except for crowing roosters in the morning, located on a slope with a panoramic view of the sea. parking is not a problem. Close to city center,beaches and discos and bars.

Chi siamo

We are a Turkish American and French couple living in or little paradise called Bodrum. I have worked and lived in the USA for most of my life and my friend Eliane in France. I have a chater boat that I captain in the summers going on blue voyage cruises around the region. I help build and maintain yachts in the winters. We are semi retiered so we have a lot of time in the shoulder season to travel to diffrent places we have not seen. We mostly are intersted in exploring the culture and surrounding actities in the plaeces we visit. Not your typical touirists so, this idea of exchnge seems very intersting.
