2 flats in a villa, 20years old and very impressive, equipped/furnished with furniture from Switzerland: 70 kms from Tunis (highway, and modern buses).
2nd flloor : Two rooms flat, 80m2, for 3 persons. Big equipped kitchen with gas-cooker and fridge-freezer, plates, diches, table + 4 chairs. Twin bed in the sleeping room, plus other furniture. Possible addition of 1 single bed for child in the living-room. Big corridor. TV with (dich for satellites). Sun water-heater. Air conditioning. Chairs and table on the 100m2 terrace to enjoy the sea or watch TV, while having meals. Barbecue possible. Big secured parking. 10-15 mn walk to the beach. Villa in 1600m2 land.
2) 1st floor: three rooms flat of 100m2, for 4 persons. Balcony with table+4 chairs , sunny and very hot most of the time; terrace , with separate locked door, big bathroom/toilets, washing machine. Big equipped kitchen: gas-cooker, fridge, table+4 chairs ... Sleeping room with a twin bed and cupboards. , 2 single beds in children's room, desk and computer, plus other furniture. Living-room, 40m2, fully furniched will all the necessary including TV with parable (dich for satellites). DVD reader. Video Cassete VHS.
All services: cleaning rooms, washing clothes, buying any goods goods from the city (Bizerte 5 kms, famous for its fish market) are on request.
The furniture of the 2nd floor is older than furniture in the 1st floor that offers european standards. 1st floor air conditioning is on request (removable). Over the last 20 years, families from CH, D and F, enjoyed spending their holidays in the two flats.
As Swiss family 3 persons, we enjoy, first of all, visiting La Suisse Romande during summer school holidays (jul and/or Aug. 2008). We need 3 beds. Towns as Evian, Thonon, Annemasse, Ferney Voltaire are acceptable.

Neighborhood

1st and 2nd flat : very quiet area, outskirts of Bizerte, 5 kms from city center, near hotel swimming pool, hotels, restaurants, shops, and tourists' attraction. Near buses and (taxis for euro 1,30): from city center to the flat. Nice view of the sea (in front), and mountain (behind). Horse and camel riding in summer. Water skeeing. Motor and rowing boats hiring.
Full security for our visitors, as both flats were occupied (holidays) by various europeans: single ladies or men, ladies with children, families, retired couples. Possibility to pay for sightseeing and visits to other famous areas inside Tunisia, in private buses with hotels tourists: Tabarka (120Km), Cathago (80km), Hammamet (140km), Sousse (220kms) ...
Pictures for our modern villa, built around 20 years ago, are not available for the time beeing, but we try to include them, in one or 2 weeks if possible.

About Us

We are swiss family that loves order and cares about other pepople's things. Couple, former accountant/auditor with famous firms and banks in CH, and geographer. Son 12 years old. We are temporarily living in Tunisia, left Lausanne 2,5 years ago. Languages : french, english and less german.

Destination

We look for flat with 3 beds. Exchange is simulteneous in july and/or august. Mainly : Lausanne, Evian, Thonon,Stuttgart, London, Dublin. We can look into any suggestion. We can take holidays only in July or August as our son is going to a french school during the year.
