Newly extended dormer bungalow on half acre property. Very quiet location but easy distance to Ennis town centre for shopping, restaurants, pubs and good nightlife.

The house has 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 lounges, a substantial kitchen/dining aread with all necessary appliances. Separate utility with Washing Machine and dryer.

Large garden, mostly in lawn with childrens swings and trampoline.

Neighborhood

The area is very quiet but there are neighbours.

About Us

Destination

I would prefer Northern Portugal or Costa Verde. The exchange should be simultaneous. As I have a large family I don't think an overlap is practical
